• Where is the store based?

• Can I get the name of the summit on the items without it?

  Unfortunately if any items in the store don't have an alternative option with the full summit name AND the logo, it's likely due to the text being too small to embroider well.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• What about customs fees for international orders?

  Your order may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. That’s something that unfortunately, we can’t control and you would have to pay if your country’s customs office holds the order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Where do the profits from this store go?

  While we didn't open this store to make a profit (markup on the items are very low, ranging from $.19 to $4.50 depending on the product & size), any profits from sales will help reimburse the organizers of the summit for expenses incurred to host it (ex: live-captioning services, website fees, etc.) and potentially fund those continued services for another summit!
